So my main aim with this is to try and set up a way to get the staff to do their blogs on this system and then incorporate it in to their personal pages on the main website of RJ1200.  How will that happen?  I'm not sure.  I think maybe if I can set up a widget that has the list of blog posts on the side maybe and a big text field that might work.  So people would click on the list on the side and then from there the widget would fill the big text field with the blog post.  My only concern is that the widget can only be so big and if they have written alot you'll get the scroll bar along the side which I think looks tacky.

We'll have to wait and see how that looks.  First things first though.  I have to see if the widget will even work in the first place
